These terms govern your use of the platforms of IS3A for Business Services & Technology Solutions ("IS3A"): Rasheed (organisational diagnostic), Maestro (financial analysis), Jadara (candidate sourcing) and the main IS3A website (together, the "Platforms"). By creating an account, using any Platform or entering any data, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and that you are authorised to accept them for the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. The Arabic text prevails.
1. Nature of the service
Rasheed is a management-diagnostic tool that estimates organisational maturity from the answers, documents and figures entered by the user. Maestro is a financial-analysis tool that reads financial statements and computes financial-health indicators. Jadara is a candidate-sourcing service that gives a company a shortlist of candidates assessed with the IS3A assessment.
Jadara's assessment is an indicative aid to selection, not a final judgement on a candidate, and does not replace the company's own interviews and judgement. The hiring decision is the company's alone; IS3A does not guarantee a candidate's success or tenure except as stated in the written agreement with the company.
Scores, reports, recommendations, roadmaps and service suggestions are general, indicative opinions. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, not an audit or certification, and not a guarantee of any outcome.
Decisions taken on the basis of the outputs are solely the responsibility of the user's management. Consult a qualified adviser before any material decision.
2. User responsibility for data
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of all data and documents entered or uploaded, and for obtaining any consents required, including for personal data of employees or customers.
Results depend entirely on the data entered; IS3A accepts no responsibility for results based on incomplete, inaccurate or misleading data, including financial-statement figures in Maestro and job details in Jadara.
A candidate using Jadara is responsible for the accuracy of their details and for answering the assessment personally without help. Jadara is free for candidates: they pay nothing to apply or be assessed.
3. AI-assisted features
Some features (e.g. extraction of financial-statement figures) use AI that can make mistakes, and no decision to accept or reject a candidate is taken by AI without human review. The user must review and approve every extracted figure before use; IS3A is not responsible for unreviewed extraction errors.
4. No warranty
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranty, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
IS3A, its staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for the consequences of any management, financial or contractual decision based on the platform's outputs, even if advised of the possibility.
In all cases IS3A's total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees actually paid by the user to IS3A for the service concerned in the three months before the claim arose.
These limits apply to the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law and do not affect rights that cannot be waived by law.
6. Service providers and partners
The platform may suggest independent service providers. They are independent of IS3A; any contract is directly between the client and the provider, and IS3A does not guarantee and is not responsible for their work, timing or results.
A partner using the platform with its own clients is responsible for that relationship and for obtaining their consents; IS3A is not a party to it.
7. Account security
The user is responsible for keeping login details confidential and for all activity under the account, and must notify IS3A promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.
8. Indemnity
The user shall indemnify and hold IS3A harmless from any claims, losses or costs (including legal fees) arising from a breach of these terms or the law, from data or content the user entered, or from the user's relationships with its clients or service providers.
9. Intellectual property
The method, content library, question banks, scoring keys, consistency rules, financial-analysis indicators, software, design and trademarks belong to IS3A and may not be copied, reused or sold without written permission.
Client data belongs to the client, who grants IS3A a limited licence to process it as needed to provide the service. IS3A may use aggregated, anonymised data that identifies no organisation to improve the method and sector benchmarks.
10. Fees
Fees are due as per the offer or agreement and are non-refundable once an assessment or candidate search has started unless the agreement states otherwise. The IS3A project-manager option is optional and has its own terms.
11. Suspension and changes
IS3A may change or temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance or development, and may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, without liability.
12. Changes to these terms
IS3A may update these terms; users are asked to accept the new version before continuing.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt; the courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction.
